Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility:

   • This promotion is open to legal residents of Philipines who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
   • Employees, officers, and directors of Peculiar Eyewear, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to participate.

2. Promotion Period:

   • Applicable for orders starting June 1, 2024, until Promotional Budjet has been consumed.

3. Cashback Details:

   • Cashback is calculated at 5% of the total order value, excluding shipping fees, additional fees, discounts and other fees.
   • The maximum cashback amount is P 100.00 per order.

4. Video Content Requirements:

   • The video review must be original and created by the participant.
   • It must not contain any offensive, inappropriate, or unlawful content.

5. Submission and Verification:

   • To receive the cashback, participants must complete the required form and provide a valid link to their TikTok video.
   • Peculiar Eyewear reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the submission and the compliance with the promotion rules.

6. Privacy and Use of Data:

   • By participating, you agree that Peculiar Eyewear may use your video, username, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
   • Personal information collected will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
