• The free item(s) offered under this promotion have a total approximate retail value of PHP 498.

• The free item(s) are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products or services, except as explicitly stated herein.

3. Claiming the Free Item:

• To claim the free item(s), participants must make a purchase with a subtotal of PHP 498 or more (excluding taxes and shipping fees) within the specified promotional period and follow the instructions provided in the promotional materials. This may include, but is not limited to:
  • The free item being automatically added to the cart once the minimum purchase threshold is met.
  • The option to select the free item after meeting the minimum purchase threshold.
  • Using a specific promotional code at checkout after meeting the minimum purchase threshold.
• The free item must be claimed during the checkout process of the qualifying purchase and within the specified promotional period. Claims made after the transaction is completed or after the promotional period will not be honored.

• By participating in this promotion, participants agree to release and hold harmless Peculiar Eyewear, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, and expenses of any kind whatsoever, arising out of or in any way connected with their participation in this promotion or the receipt or use of any free item(s), including, without limitation, any injury or death, or loss or damage to property.   
• Peculiar makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, concerning the free item(s), and disclaims all such warranties, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.   

6. General Terms:

• Peculiar reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, technical issues, fraud, or unforeseen circumstances.

• This promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations of the Philippines.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
