This promotional offer is exclusively available at the Peculiar SM North Eye Clinic. It is not valid at any other locations or online. This promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts, offers, or promotions, except for the Health Works promotion and pre-set items specifically included in this offer.

Eligibility

To qualify for the Cumulative Peculiar Gift Offer, customers must complete their purchase and provide feedback about their experience. The feedback must be submitted via email and be shown to our Eyewear Specialist. The complimentary items are granted upon verification of feedback submission.

Gift Tiers

The following gift items are available based on the cumulative amount spent in a single transaction, limited to the first 500 orders:

PHP498: Receive an Assorted Pouch.
PHP998: Receive an Assorted Wiper, in addition to the Assorted Pouch.
PHP3000: Receive an Assorted Mouse Pad, in addition to the previously mentioned items.

Cumulative Gift Giving

Customers are eligible for every transaction on our clinic offline at SM North, one transaction, one promotion, for the following gifts based on their total purchase amount, limited to the first 500 orders:

For a purchase of PHP500, receive an Assorted Pouch.
For a purchase of PHP4000, receive all four items listed in the gift tiers.
